Discovering Redeemer for Kids & Students - Spring 2026

Are your kids curious about communion? Have they been asking “next step” questions about their faith? Are you trying to discern where they are in their faith?

Discovering Redeemer for Kids may be your and their answer. This class is designed for kids in grades 4th– 8th alongside a parent or guardian.* The gospel, baptism, communion, and membership will be discussed in an interactive format. Parents will have a chance to ask questions of a pastor while their kids separately learn what growing as a Christian looks like. After the class, interviews can be scheduled for kids ready to take communion and become full participating members of the church. It is not uncommon for kids to attend the class more than once before moving forward with an interview. 

This class is offered three times a year on a Sunday afternoon and is required for kids before taking their first communion. Lunch and snacks are provided.
